What we collect
Your email address — only if you type it into the form and submit it. Alongside it we keep the date you signed up and a note that it came from this page. That is the entire record.
We do not ask for your name, and we have no account, no password and no payment details on this site. There is nothing else to collect.
Why we have it
To tell you once, by email, when serf.games opens. That is the only reason it is held and the only use it is put to.
What we never do
No advertising trackers, no analytics, no cookies. This page sets no browser storage of any kind. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for marketing, and we do not send marketing email.
Who else touches it
Amazon Web Services stores the list and sends the message, on our instructions and on servers in the United States. They are not permitted to use your address for their own purposes. Nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
Until serf.games opens and the notification has gone out, after which the list is deleted. If you ask to come off it before then, we remove your address and keep nothing in its place.
Your rights
Write to support@serf.games and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. One address, one list — it takes moments. This channel serves everyone, including EU and UK residents exercising rights under the GDPR.
